The Senior Virtualization Administrator must be able to meet the key criteria below:
Location: Hybrid-Remote. The role will require travel as needed to NCUA locations located in Alexandria & Sterling VA; Phoenix & Tempe AZ and Austin TX. Minimal travel is anticipated and otherwise role is able to be performed remotely.
Years Experience: 10 years of professional experience leading virtualization administration
Education: Bachelors degree in information technology or related field or equivalent professional experience
Security Clearance: IBR is a federal contractor. Applicants must be able to obtain and maintain a Public Trust security clearance issued by the National Credit Union Administration. This agency handles and adjudicates the security clearance process.
NOTE: United States Citizenship is required as part of the eligibility criteria to be able to obtain this type of security clearance.

Position Overview
As a Senior Virtualization Administrator at IBR you will play a key role in providing support in managing and maintaining the virtualized IT infrastructure overseeing deployment configuration and support of virtual environments ensuring optimal performance security and availability for the National Credit Union Administration program. The role will also include the oversight of the on-prem hardware infrastructure (e.g. servers and storage) the on-prem hypervisor environment (e.g. VMWare vSphere) and Cloud infrastructure (CSP provider MS Azure).

The expected salary range for this position is $135000 $165000 USD annually.
