We are seeking a qualified and experienced Motor Accident Claim Assessor to join our team. The primary role of this position is to assess motor vehicle accident claims by thoroughly reviewing survey reports and photographs of vehicle damages. The ideal candidate will play a critical role in determining the genuineness of claims evaluating the value of the claim and identifying the impacted parts of the vehicle. Timely assessments and the ability to meet submission deadlines are crucial aspects of this role. Moreover this position may involve interactions with the end customers of our clients making excellent soft skills and customer satisfaction a priority.
MAJOR DELIVERABLES:
- Claim Assessment: Review survey reports and assess the accuracy and legitimacy of motor vehicle accident claims.
- Damage Evaluation: Evaluate the extent of damage to vehicles based on photographs and other documentation and determine the impacted parts.
- Value Estimation: Calculate and determine the value of the claim based on the assessment.
- Timely Assessment: Ensure that all assessments are completed within the defined Turnaround Time (TAT).
- Communication: Effectively communicate findings and decisions to clients and relevant parties.
- Customer Interaction: Handle interactions with the end customers of clients professionally and empathetically ensuring a high level of customer satisfaction during engagements.
- Documentation: Maintain accurate and detailed records of assessments and related data.
Role Specifications
Educational Qualification:Preferred - bachelors degree in mechanical engineering or Diploma; Relevant experience with a graduate degree will also be considered
Languages: English/Hindi and reginal language
