We are looking for a Salesforce Architect or Senior Developer to join our growing team and help bridge the gap between business needs and technical this role you will act as the glue between stakeholders across commercial operations and product teams designing and delivering scalable Salesforce solutions that support business growth.
You will be hands-on in translating complex requirements into practical efficient architectures guiding development best practices and ensuring technical quality through code reviews and troubleshooting. Experience with Apex and Lightning Web Components (LWC) is essential while familiarity with is a plus. This is an exciting opportunity to shape new features and processes as we scale our Salesforce capabilities.
Job Responsibilities:
Collaborate with business analysts stakeholders and developers to understand needs and design effective Salesforce solutions that align with broader business processes.
Architect and implement scalable solutions on the Salesforce platform including custom Apex development data modeling and integrations with external systems via APIs or middleware.
Develop and enhance user interfaces with Lightning Web Components (LWC) to deliver seamless and intuitive user experiences.
Provide technical leadership through mentorship code reviews and architectural guidance ensuring adherence to best practices and high-quality standards.
Drive continuous improvement by optimizing existing Salesforce applications and contributing to the evolution of DevOps and development processes.
Qualifications:
5 years of hands-on Salesforce development experience including Apex triggers and Lightning Web Components (LWC).
Bachelors or Masters degree in Computer Science Information Technology or a related field.
Solid understanding of Salesforce architecture data modelling security and integrations with external systems.
Salesforce certifications (e.g. Platform Developer II Application Architect System Architect) are highly preferred.
Experience with CI/CD processes Agile/Scrum methodologies and ideally familiarity with or modern JavaScript frameworks.
