Job Summary

Saratoga Bridges is looking for DSPs with a year of experience working with people who have a developmental disability or an ARM at another agency. You need to be organized energetic and have good people skills. Were looking for the glass is half full and were going on a Dunkin coffee run. OPWDD experience is preferred.

Our ARMs help us staff our homes. They are the lead on shift. They train new DSPs. They make sure the food shopping is done. Organizing birthday parties to a drive to see the holiday lights are part of this role too. You can find our ARMs making sure the supports provided are documented to planning a Thanksgiving dinner. Our ARMs wear many hats and were grateful they do.

To be eligible for this position you need:

A valid drivers license
High School diploma/GED
A year of experience working with people who have a developmental disability preferably in OPW services.
