About TotalSoft

Established in 1994 TotalSoft is one of the most important providers of business software systems (ERP HCM CRM DM and BI) in Central TotalSoft has a team of 600software specialists and projects in 41countries on 4 continents.
We are looking for a Manual QA Engineer to test enterprise products used by medium and large organizations. Youll work in agile teams to ensure the quality usability and reliability of an application used by hundreds of clients and thousands of end-users.

Responsibilities

Review client requirements understand proposed or implemented solutions request clarifications when needed and gain a full understanding of business and functional logic
Execute varioususage scenarios for our products
Validate product compliance and usability
Create update and execute test cases based on business requirements
Report issues clearly and concisely escalate bugs to development teams and document them in issue-tracking systems
Collaborate closely with developers product owners and other team members to ensure effective resolution of assigned defects

Preferred Skills

Strong communication and planning skills (English required)
Analytical thinking and good understanding of business processes
Proactive with solid logical reasoning and negotiation skills
Technical and application knowledge

Nice to Have

Previous experience as a manual tester for web desktop or mobile applications
ISTQB or similar certifications
