Our client a prominent international banking group is seeking a skilled Data Analyst to join their Step in Risk Business team in Krakow Poland. This is an exciting opportunity for an analytical professional to make a significant impact by supporting the design and implementation of a robust reporting framework for the Groups Step-In Risk submission.
Position Overview
As a Data Analyst within the Step in Risk Business team you will play a crucial role in ensuring the accuracy and integrity of data related to the Groups Step-In Risk assessment. You will work closely with reporting workstreams to gather analyze and assess data for Step In Entities contributing to the development of a consistent and compliant approach across the organization.
Responsibilities
- Collaborate with reporting workstreams to collate data identify challenge and assess Step In Entities
- Assist in designing the approach to collating and assessing data for in-scope entities
- Support the design and implementation of a reporting framework to deliver the Groups Step-In Risk submission in Q126
- Consolidate the outcome of the Step In Risk assessment
- Assist with tracking progress of key deliverables and workstream milestones
- Act as a liaison between business lines and Finance teams
- Present findings and recommendations to senior leadership through dashboards reports and executive summaries
- Perform quality checks on reports to ensure data integrity and compliance with PRA requirements
- Recommend improvements and implement automation solutions to enhance efficiency reduce errors and minimize risks
Requirements
- Strong understanding of banking processes and risk assessment methodologies
- Proven ability to conduct data analysis and assess risk
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills with the ability to influence stakeholders at all levels
- Proficiency in data analysis tools and techniques
- Meticulous attention to detail and a commitment to data accuracy and integrity
- Ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced environment and meet tight deadlines
