Body Shop Painter Apprentice

As a Painter Apprentice you will play a crucial role in supporting the automotive painting process while develop skills in the automotive painting process while under the supervision of our experienced painters.
Responsibilities:
- Prepare surfaces for painting by sanding filling and cleaning
- Mix and apply paint according to specifications and safety standards
- Maintain a clean and organized work area
- Learn to operate and care for painting equipment and tools
- Follow all safety procedures and company policies
- Support the body shop team in daily tasks as needed
Requirements:
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- Strong attention to detail and willingness to learn.
- Good communication and teamwork skills.
- Ability to stand for extended periods and perform physical tasks.
- Basic knowledge of automotive painting is a plus but not required.
- Clean driving record
