Seeking immediate you a dedicated and compassionate licensed mental health therapist with a heart for service and a passion for working with youth Arkansas Arts Academy is seeking a skilled clinician to join our team in supporting children aged 5-18 years of age facing mental health challenges and family support needs. Our public charter school provides a nurturing and structured environment where healing growth and transformation are made possible through education and community support. If you are called to make a meaningful impact in the lives of children guiding them towards health and thriving we invite you to position is classified as full-time exempt (salaried) and reports to the Arkansas Arts Academy CEO. The position will operate during school hours based on the AAA 2025-2026 school calendar. (Monday - Friday 8:00 a.m. - 4:00 p.m) The position is grant funded with the potential for renewal for 2026-2027 school year. Work Responsibilities: What you will do as a Mental Health Professional at Arkansas Arts Academy:Provide individual group and family therapy to children and with mental health in a school comprehensive clinical assessments develop individualized treatment plans and regularly evaluate progress toward therapeutic with a multidisciplinary teamincluding case managers school counselors principals CEO medical staff and direct care staff to ensure whole person coordinated bill for all allowable services in coordination with AAA guidelines. Integrate trauma-informed principles into therapeutic practices in a respectful and supportive manner aligned with the schools mission vision and psychoeducational and therapeutic groups focused on topics such as emotional regulation trauma recovery substance use prevention and healthy accurate and timely clinical documentation in compliance with licensing and accreditation in staff meetings case reviews and ongoing professional development crisis intervention and support as with families and guardians to support improved wellness for all settings healing and long-term ethical standards and confidentiality in accordance with professional licensure and organizationalRequirement:Masters degree in counseling social work or similar fieldCurrent Arkansas license (LAC LPC LMSW PLMSW or LCSW or similar mental health license)Effective written and verbal communication skillsThe ability to ability to work independently and as part of a treatment billing abilityWhat we offer our team members:Paid SupervisionA mission driven company dedicated to transforming communities one life at a to Arkansas Teacher RetirementThe ability to earn more salary through Medicaid billable services.
