Position Summary
We are seeking an energetic passionate Retail Artist (full-time) with a passion for clean luxury beauty to educate clients on Gucci Westmans makeup philosophy while providing the highest level of client experience.
Responsibilities:
- Provide welcoming personalised professional service to all customers at all times
- Assist customers with product selection and application
- Provide shade recommendations and assist customers with product selection
- Stay up to date on Westman Atelier products and education; Uphold brand guidelines
- Attend and actively participate in training meetings virtual or at-counter as provided by the Sales and Education Team; implement learnings on the job
- Practice proper hygiene guidelines when demonstrating products on clients
- Maintain consistent and effective clienteling and follow-up
- Achieve all targets and KPIs - AUS and IPT
- Record and report all OOS to manager; follow up to ensure timely replenishment
- Maintain cleanliness of counter and taster units/testers
Requirements:
- Previous retail industry experience specifically within the beauty industry preferred
- Previous make-up artistry or luxury skincare experience preferred however we welcome applicants who are creative excited and eager to learn
- Must be able to follow brand and retailer image guidelines at all times
- Candidates with a passion for the clean luxury beauty space are preferred
- Must be able to work fully flexible retail hours including: days nights weekends and special events
