Direct Support Professional (DSP)

Requirements:
- High School Diploma or GED (preferred)
- Prior experience as a caregiver DSP or related field preferred (but not required we provide training)
- Proof of U.S. work authorization (valid unexpired documents: government-issued ID)
- Reliable transportation (required)
- Valid Drivers License (required)
- Proof of Auto Insurance (required)
Responsibilities:
- Provide direct support to individuals with developmental or intellectual disabilities
- Assist with personal care (bathing dressing grooming toileting feeding medication reminders)
- Support daily living activities (meal preparation light housekeeping laundry budgeting)
- Encourage independence and skill development in the home and community
- Provide safe transportation to appointments errands and community activities
- Maintain a safe supportive environment and document care provided
- Offer companionship advocacy and respect for client privacy
