Job Summary
Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) PRN
Location: Yuma AZ 85365
Type: Contract
Shift: 6:00 PM 6:30 AM
Pay: $29/hour
Note: Local candidates only (within 50 miles)
Position Summary:
Navitas Healthcare LLC is seeking Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) PRNfor an exciting job in Yuma AZ.
Responsibilities:
Assist patients with Activities of Daily Living (ADLs) including bathing dressing grooming feeding and toileting.
Obtain and record vital signs such as temperature pulse respiration and blood pressure.
Report changes in patient condition promptly to nursing staff.
Support patient mobility including safe transfers turning and ambulation.
Provide emotional support and maintain a respectful compassionate approach to patient care.
Ensure patient comfort safety and hygiene at all times.
Assist nursing staff with procedures and treatments as directed.
Document all care provided accurately and in a timely manner.
Maintain a clean and organized patient environment including changing linens and sanitizing equipment.
Adhere to infection control and safety protocols consistently.
Assist in transporting patients to tests procedures and treatments as needed.
Qualifications:
High School Diploma or equivalent (required).
Completion of an approved Nursing Assistant training program.
Current Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) certification.
Basic Life Support (BLS) certification preferred.
