Job Summary

Job Title: SAP Opertoer Manufacturing Industry

Reports To: SAP Manager / IT Head / Operations Manager
Experience: 03 years in SAP with exposure to the manufacturing domain
Employment Type: Full-Time

Job Summary:

We are seeking a detail-oriented and experienced SAP Executive to manage and support SAP operations across our manufacturing processes. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience in SAP modules such as PP (Production Planning) MM (Materials Management) SD (Sales & Distribution) and QM (Quality Management). The role involves configuring monitoring and troubleshooting SAP processes to ensure smooth business operations and system efficiency.

Key Responsibilities:

Manage and support daily SAP operations in manufacturing procurement inventory and production planning.
Configure and maintain SAP modules -SAP BUSINESS ONE.
Collaborate with production supply chain and finance departments to understand business needs and deliver SAP solutions.
Provide first-line support and resolve SAP-related user issues in a timely manner.
Participate in SAP implementation upgrades rollouts and integration projects.
Monitor system performance and coordinate with SAP Basis or external consultants for technical issues.
Create and maintain documentation including SOPs user manuals and change logs.
Train end-users on SAP functionalities and updates.
Ensure data accuracy and consistency across modules.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to streamline and optimize processes using SAP.

Key Skills & Qualifications:

Bachelors degree in Engineering Computer Science IT or related field.
Minimum 1 years of hands-on experience in SAP modules relevant to manufacturing.
Strong knowledge of SAP PP MM SD and QM modules; FI/CO integration knowledge is a plus.
Experience in manufacturing operations supply chain or plant maintenance.
Familiarity with SAP S/4HANA is an advantage.
Analytical mindset with problem-solving abilities.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
