About the Role

We are seeking an experienced and dynamic Team Leader to manage and motivate a high-performing team of Inbound and Outbound Sales Representatives. This critical role is responsible for driving the sales of the bank’s diverse financial products (e.g. credit cards personal loans insurance deposit accounts) through exceptional customer engagement effective coaching and rigorous performance management. The ideal candidate will possess a strong sales background proven leadership skills and an in-depth understanding of the banking and financial services sector.

Job description for Team Leader profile :

Handling a team of 14-15 Customer Care Associates – Outbound sales Insurance Deposits & CASA Sales
Keeping a check on compliance being followed in all processes
Driving productivity of the employees
Analyzing performance gaps
Pushing Sales & Delivering ESQ on every customer contact
2-5 years of experience as Team-leader in Outbound as well as Inbound Sales
Over all 5-6 years of relevant experience
Must be fluent in English and Hindi as well as one regional language
Kannada Tamil Odia & Malayalam
