IP Analytics team of Honeywells IP COE is a leading provider of IP project services to Honeywell SBGs. Our service portfolio includes patent prosecution patent application drafting patent search & analytics strategic IP projects competitive tech intelligence and Open source software compliance. We support SBG IP Counsels in managing their IP processes and portfolios.
Responsibilities
Key responsibilities:
- IP Analyst II is responsible for supporting patent prosecution and application drafting matters.
- IP Analyst II is responsible for articulating US and Non-US office action responses.
- IP Analyst II is responsible for supporting continued/ directed prosecution matters.
- IP Analyst II is responsible for managing own delivery including independent interaction with engineering & IP counsels to formulate office action response strategy.
- IP Analyst II is expected to apply significant product / technology knowledge of aligned business domain into the work.
Qualifications
Must Have
- Bachelors Degree in Electrical Electronics or Computer Science Engineering
- 3-5 years of experience in intellectual property function
- Hands on experience in patent prosecution and application drafting
We value:
- Patent prosecution skills such as drafting response for US and Non-US office action is a must.
- Application drafting experience will be a plus.
- Very good understanding of US EP and India patenting systems.
