DescriptionAs a Sr Facilities Engineer here at Honeywell you will hold a senior-level role and maintain a strong focus on managing and optimizing the maintenance and operational aspects of an organizations physical facilities. ResponsibilitiesKey Responsibilities
- Lead facility design and renovation projects ensuring compliance with industry standards and regulations.
- Conduct facility assessments and audits to identify areas for improvement and implement corrective actions.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop and execute facility maintenance strategies.
QualificationsYOU MUST HAVE
- A minimum of 5 years of experience in facilities engineering or related experience.
- Strong knowledge of building systems maintenance practices and safety regulations.
- Proficiency in project management tools and methodologies.
- Experience with energy management systems and sustainability practices.
- Ability to read and interpret engineering drawings blueprints and technical specifications.

- Bachelors degree in Engineering or related field.
- Experience in a manufacturing or industrial environment.
- Knowledge of HVAC electrical and plumbing systems.
- Ability to lead cross-functional teams and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Knowledge in plant design and oversight of facility-related projects including renovations system upgrades and new construction to ensure they meet operational safety and budgetary requirements
