Job Summary
As a Sr Facilities Engineer here at Honeywell you will hold a senior-level role and maintain a strong focus on managing and optimizing the maintenance and operational aspects of an organizations physical facilities. You will play a pivotal role in ensuring the functionality safety and sustainability of facilities while adhering to industry standards and regulations.
In this role you will impact our operations by leading facility projects implementing best practices and ensuring that our facilities are safe efficient and sustainable. Your leadership and technical skills will be essential in driving continuous improvement initiatives.

Responsibilities
Key Responsibilities
- Lead facility design and renovation projects ensuring compliance with industry standards and regulations.
- Conduct facility assessments and audits to identify areas for improvement and implement corrective actions.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop and execute facility maintenance strategies.
Qualifications
YOU MUST HAVE
- A minimum of 5 years of experience in facilities engineering or related experience.
- Strong knowledge of building systems maintenance practices and safety regulations.
- Proficiency in project management tools and methodologies.
- Experience with energy management systems and sustainability practices.
- Ability to read and interpret engineering drawings blueprints and technical specifications.
WE VALUE
- Bachelors degree in Engineering or related field.
- Experience in a manufacturing or industrial environment.
- Knowledge of HVAC electrical and plumbing systems.
- Ability to lead cross-functional teams and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Knowledge in plant design and oversight of facility-related projects including renovations system upgrades and new construction to ensure they meet operational safety and budgetary requirements
