Job Summary

As a senior consultant at H&H youll play a pivotal role in shaping both project outcomes and team development. Youll have the autonomy to manage your portfolio the support of a collaborative leadership team and the opportunity to influence the future direction of the firm.
What Youll Do
Lead high-profile environmental assessment and remediation projects
Serve as a trusted advisor to clients regulators and stakeholders
Develop and manage client relationships proposals and project strategy
Provide technical oversight and review of reports and deliverables
Mentor and train junior and mid-level staffdeveloping future firm leaders
Contribute to strategic initiatives and business development
What Were Looking For
10 years of environmental consulting experience
Deep technical knowledge of site assessment remediation and risk-based cleanup
Expertise in regulatory programs in North and South Carolina including NC Brownfields
Strong client management communication and business development skills
Proven experience leading teams and mentoring junior staff
A collaborative forward-thinking approach and commitment to quality
