Job Summary
Description
- Designing and Implementing cloud infrastructure solutions that meet our business requirements leveraging Infrastructure as Code (IaC) principles
- Monitoring maintaining and optimizing the performance and availability of our cloud environment
- Implementing and enforcing security best practices to protect our cloud resources and data ensuring compliance with industry standards and regulations
- Developing and implementing automation strategies to streamline processes and improve efficiency
- Diagnosing and resolving complex issues in a timely manner ensuring minimal disruption to our operations
- Working closely with cross-functional teams to understand their needs and provide expert guidance on cloud solutions
- Researching and evaluating new cloud technologies and trends to identify opportunities for improvement

Requirements
- Bachelors degree in Computer Science Information Technology or a related field (or equivalent experience)
- Familliar with Cloud based technologies to include AWS GovCloud Microsoft Azure Google Cloud or similar cloud experiance
- Be able to Design deploy and manage Cloud infrastructure using Infrastructure as Code (IaC) principles (e.g. CloudFormation Terraform)
- Provision and configure EC2 instances VPCs subnets security groups load balancers and other AWS resources
- Monitor and maintain the health performance and security of Cloud resources
- Implement and manage backup and recovery strategies for critical data
- Automate tasks and processes using scripting (e.g. Bash Python PowerShell) and configuration management tools (e.g. Ansible Chef Puppet)
- Manage and optimize Cloud costs
Desired Skills
- Cloud Certifications to include but not limited to:
- AWS Certified Cloud Practitioner (CCP)
- AWS Certified Solutions Architect - Associate
- AWS Certified Developer
- Developing the DevSecOps and Continuous Integration / Continuous Delivery (CI/CD) architecture of small systems or subsystems of larger systems
- Selecting tools technologies and methodologies that support automated build deploy operation and monitoring of systems
- Coordinating across cross-functional teams to remove impediments to CI/CD in order to accelerate capability delivery and increasing the quality and reliability of operational system
- Being ultimately responsible for the DevSecOps architecture of the sub-system

SRC IS A CONTRACTOR FOR THE U.S. GOVERNMENT THIS POSITION WILL REQUIRE U.S. CITIZENSHIP AS WELL AS A U.S. GOVERNMENT SECURITY CLEARANCE AT THE SECRET LEVEL
