Must-have Skills:

Design assets for display ads emails social media print presentations and landing pages (AEM)
Apply templates and global design systems consistently
Suggest layout and visual improvements to enhance clarity
Work closely with senior designers and respond to feedback
Balance quality and speed across multiple deliverables
35 years of design experience
Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite; familiarity with AEM
Strong layout and visual communication skills
Detail-oriented and adaptable across print and digital
Effective English communication skills (B2/C1) for collaboration across multicultural teams

Nice-to-have:

AI Tooling Proficiency: Leverage one or more AI tools to optimize and augment day-to-day work including drafting analysis research or process automation. Provide recommendations on effective AI use and identify opportunities to streamline workflows.
