Purpose of the Role:
Childrens Health Ireland is entering an exciting new phase as we prepare for the opening of the new childrens hospital.
The Talent Acquisition Manager will play a key leadership role in shaping how CHI attracts engages and hires exceptional people to deliver world-class paediatric healthcare.
This role will lead the Talent Acquisition (TA) team to implement an innovative data-driven and candidate-focused recruitment model that supports CHIs workforce strategy enhances stakeholder experience and strengthens our employer brand across all sites.
Essential Criteria:
A third-level qualification in Human Resource Management or relevant area.
OR
A minimum of 5 years generalist HR experience with completed HR qualification
At least 5 years relevant post graduate experience with minimum of 2 years in a leadership role managing a recruitment or talent acquisition team.
Proven experience delivering end-to-end recruitment in a complex organisation including international campaigns and proactive sourcing.
Demonstrated experience using LinkedIn Recruiter and other digital sourcing tools.
Strong communication influencing and relationship-building skills.
Proven ability to manage competing priorities and deliver results in a dynamic environment
