Demonstrate advanced products knowledge Respect and adheres to any and all company policies and procedures Plan and execute personal sales appointments to the clients of the specific territory and according to the pre-established frequency; Create positive and lasting relationships with customers staff colleagues and vendors; Establish individual targets for each customer; Identify opportunities for new business within the market; Help improve brand and product awareness following the marketing department guidance Plan and deliver product training sessions for customers and staff; Keep up to date with the competition especially on current market prices new products delivery lead times promotional materials and actions etc.; Keep the customers database always updated (Segmentation visit reports etc.); Achieve and/or exceed of the Sales target (R$ and units) established jointly with Sales Management; Ensure that equipment and tools provided by the company are used properly and are always in perfect condition (company car mobile laptop ipad etc.); Comply with the administrative requirements respecting the deadlines ( reports action plans etc.); Actively participation in events and congresses when requested; Ensure the customers compliance with the established payment terms; Be part of pilot projects and customers teams when needed; Assist sales management with action on team development when needed; Contribute to the training/onboarding process of new reps |
Responsible for the acquisition of new customers and for the development of the existent ones within a determined territory. Will act as an expert providing a consulting service to the customers and selling products that meet their needs.
