The University of Tennessee Health Science Center College of Medicine is seeking candidates for a Temporary Administrative Assistant in the Cancer Center.
This position is not benefit eligible.
To manage the day-to-day activities of the Scientific Director of the Center for Cancer Research by providing direction and administrative support. This position ensures that the Scientific Director is in compliance with the Universitys and other various funding agencies regulations procedures and guidelines. This position will handle all travel arrangements and enter travel and expenses into the Concur portal. Set up and schedule meetings via Zoom and conference calls; ensuring all equipment is functional. Attend meetings entering minutes provide feedback and reminders as needed for attendees.
The successful candidate must have a High School Diploma.
Computer proficiency in various software applications including Microsoft Office Suite and Outlook. Must have excellent phone etiquette verbal communication skills and can multitask. Work with minimum supervision and be customer service driven.
