Working Days: 6 days per week

Job Overview:

The Waitress & Hostess will be responsible for providing exceptional guest service and ensuring a memorable dining experience in a luxury fine-dining Italian restaurant. The role requires a polished and professional demeanor strong knowledge of fine-dining etiquette and excellent communication skills to deliver a world-class dining atmosphere aligned with the restaurants premium brand standards.

Job Role & Responsibilities:

For Waitresses:

Greet and serve guests with elegance courtesy and efficiency.

Present menus explain dishes and make recommendations based on guest preferences.

Maintain deep knowledge of Italian cuisine wines and beverages.

Set and clear tables following fine-dining standards.

Ensure accuracy in taking and delivering orders.

Monitor tables to anticipate guest needs and provide prompt service.

Coordinate with kitchen and bar teams for smooth service delivery.

Handle guest feedback professionally and ensure complete satisfaction.

For Hostesses:

Welcome and seat guests with warmth and professionalism.

Manage table reservations and maintain the seating chart efficiently.

Provide accurate wait-time estimates and manage guest flow.

Ensure guests feel valued and comfortable from arrival to departure.

Coordinate with service staff to ensure seamless guest experience.

Maintain high grooming and presentation standards at all times.

Requirements

Qualifications & Experience:

Education: Diploma / Certification in Hospitality Hotel Management or related field (preferred).

Experience: Minimum 2 years in a high-end or fine-dining restaurant preferably Italian or European cuisine.

Must have experience working in a luxury hospitality environment.

Strong interpersonal and customer service skills with fluency in English.

Required Skills:

Excellent communication and guest engagement abilities.

Professional grooming and sophisticated presentation.

In-depth understanding of fine-dining etiquette and service sequence.

Knowledge of Italian cuisine wines and beverages.

Ability to remain calm and courteous under pressure.

Teamwork-oriented with a proactive and positive attitude.

Multilingual ability will be an added advantage.
