Key Responsibilities:
Network Service Target Achievement: Ensure monthly service and operational targets for all network partners are met.
Process Coordination: Act as a process coordinator between different workshops and the showroom; streamline procedures and maximize efficiency.
Strong Follow-Ups: Maintain robust follow-ups with network partners service teams and workshop managers to ensure issues are promptly resolved.
Authoritative Leadership: Display strong professional authority in managing teams and motivating staff to deliver results.
Field Visits: Conduct regular visits to workshops and network outlets; evaluate service quality and adherence to company standards.
Workshop & Showroom Evaluation: Monitor and assess showrooms and workshops for performance infrastructure and customer service standards.
Reporting: Prepare detailed reports on network performance visit findings and service targets achieved.

Prior experience in field sales/service coordination or network management preferably in automotive or retail sectors.
Excellent communication and leadership skills.
Ability to work independently coordinate teams and enforce processes.
Willingness to travel locally (within 50 km of Hazaribagh Jharkhand).
