Design Consultant Sales & Business Development

With over 35 years of AV excellence and a growing global footprint were scaling fast in London with that we need a high-performing Design Consultant to lead the charge. If youre a natural closer with a strategic mindset and a passion for tech this is your moment.
What Youll Do
  • Business Development & Growth: Lead from the front. Youll identify target and win new business across enterprise corporate and specialist sectors opening doors nurturing relationships and driving CTIs expansion into new accounts.
  • Sales Leadership: You wont just chase leads youll create them. From cold outreach to warm referrals youll build a robust pipeline and convert opportunities into long-term partnerships.
  • Consultative Selling: Understand client pain points and position CTIs AV solutions as the answer. Your proposals wont just inform theyll persuade.
  • Market Expansion: Own your territory. Identify growth sectors spot trends and help CTI dominate the UK AV landscape.
  • Cross-Team Collaboration: Work hand-in-hand with engineering and delivery teams to ensure promises made are promises kept.
  • Client Relationships: Become the trusted advisor for your clients delivering value beyond the project and building partnerships that last.
What You Bring
  • 2 years in AV design sales or business development ideally with a track record of smashing targets.
  • A hunter mentality with a consultative edge.
  • Strong communication negotiation and presentation skills.
  • Familiarity with CRM tools and sales workflows.
  • Deep understanding of the UK AV market and client expectations.
