The Performance & Culture Advisor will administer programs to effectively influence and support the strategic direction for the property. The Advisor will work in partnership with property leaders Performance & Culture team and Employee Relations and Labor Relations Advisors to implement high impact practices and programs designed to maximize performance and results via consistent and meaningful employee experience
- What would you do
- Create plan and execute property engagement and city-wide events
- Host roundtables with our line-level team members and gain insight to improve their overall experience at work
- Lead the companys efforts of promoting Pulse Surveys for each property and act on team member feedback through working directly with operational leaders
- Execute Quarterly Manager Meetings with our manager and above population to provide updates on the business and plans for the next quarter
- Ensure high traffic back of house areas have up to date communication and is maintain and upkept in a remarkable overall condition
- Own propertys team member recognition efforts through overseeing the Team Member/Leader of the Month process the annual Caesars Founders Award process and celebrating Service Anniversaries
- Partner with department leaders to discuss performance of their team with a coach up or coach out philosophy
- Assist the Covid Team through communicating with department leaders and assisting with complex Covid cases
- Track all events meetings and tasks and report to the Performance Culture and Talent Development Manager monthly
- Support or HERO partners in communication and participating in Caesars Entertainment volunteer efforts

- Communication efficiency: verbal and written working with internal and external stakeholders

- Emotional intelligence: Work under stressful high-paced conditions while maintaining a positive attitude
- Problem solving find ways to complete the job as efficiently as possible
- Who are we looking for
- An undergraduate degree is preferred or comparable professional experience
- Minimum of 2 years Supervisor/Manager experience
- Ability to influence others and act as a coach
- Maintains an upbeat energetic and positive presentation style.
- Ability to project-manage multiple tasks with various deadlines
- Ability to efficiently communicate verbally and written
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office 360 programs
- Must present a well-groomed appearance
- Must be 21 years or older
- Must be fluent in English bi-lingual preferred
