To do this we partner with the Tarrant County community businesses philanthropic organizations schools universities/colleges and others to create equitable post-secondary pathways for all students. POSITION OVERVIEWThe Advising Specialist position supports T3s mission by assisting with student and family engagement digital platform integration and program operations. This role emphasizes the use of proactive advising strategies training support and digital tools to ensure students and families are equipped with the resources needed to pursue postsecondary opportunities confidently. Working under the direction of the Sr. Manager the Associate helps deliver advising support and training materials supports the integration of digital platforms and contributes to building strong relationships with schools partners students and families.ESSENTIAL DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIESDigital Platform Support & Training (40%)- Assist with the implementation and ongoing support of the T3 P2C digital platform at partner schools
- Support training development and delivery for advisers staff and partners to ensure fidelity of platform use
- Collaborate with the Sr. Manager to design user guides toolkits and digital learning resources for students families and partner staff
- Troubleshoot digital platform challenges in partnership with the T3 technology team and vendors
- Track and analyze student engagement data in case management systems (e.g. Salesforce) to inform communication and support strategies
Boost Postsecondary Enrollment (40%) - Track and analyze data through case management systems to design effective support strategies based on student needs
- Ensure students consistently receive highest quality of services that their needs are met and that each student makes satisfactory progress toward program goals
- Implement strong project plans for the T3 Student Partnership Pledge Campaign leveraging digital tools for outreach and engagement
- Plan coordinate and attend programmatic events for students and parents
- Design and facilitate trainings for college advisers working on high school campuses
- Support execution of initiatives such as FAFSA completion T3 Pledge implementation TSI and Summer Launch
- Build and maintain strong relationships with students families and school-based staff through regular touchpoints and responsive support
- Execute targeted student communication strategies ensuring timely and relevant information is shared
Program Operations & Special Projects (20%) - Provide operational and logistical support for postsecondary readiness events trainings and workshops (both in-person and virtual)
- Assist in coordinating scheduling materials and resources for T3 events and trainings
- Support special projects such as the Certificate & Credential initiative Go Center operations and resource hub updates
- Contribute to quarterly reporting on student engagement platform use and program outcomes.
- Perform other duties as assigned
QUALIFICATIONS Education - Bachelors degree in relevant field advanced degree preferred
Experience - 2 years of professional experience working within higher education K-12 education workforce development and/or a corporate philanthropy setting
- Experience and success working in a matrixed organizational structure
- Experience working with digital platforms training support or program operations.
Preferred Qualifications - Bilingual (Spanish) preferred
- Experience working directly with economically disadvantaged students and families
Knowledge Skills and Abilities - Strong communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to be personable yet persuasive
- Ability to draft and deliver digital content and training materials
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously
- Familiarity with data tracking reporting and continuous improvement practices
- Proven ability to exercise sound judgment and work independently on initiatives
- Belief in the power of education and equity to improve outcomes for all students in alignment with T3s mission
- Flexibility to support ongoing and emerging projects
