DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES

Provide outpatient hematology and oncology clinical care to adult patients

Manage an average caseload of approximately 15 patients per clinic day

Coordinate care with APP support and affiliate physicians at Hazard for specialty backup

Document all patient encounters and maintain accurate medical records in Meditech

Participate in standard clinical workflows for chemotherapy/infusion oversight and follow-up care

Communicate with facility staff regarding coverage needs and patient care issues
