The Senior Director of Academic Compliance supervises the Academic Compliance team reports to the Vice President of Academic Operations and is a collaborative partner to ensure ongoing program campus and University compliance with state higher education agency state authorization board of nursing institutional and programmatic accreditation standards. Additionally the role provides oversight for a compliant clinical contract review process. As the University authority on compliance regulations the Senior Director of Academic Compliance is responsible for awareness and communication of changes in regulations.
Schedule:This role is typically Monday-Friday in Central Time zone
Requirements:
- Masters degree in education or related field Doctorate in education or related field preferred
- Minimum of four-years of experience in a higher education environment
- Prior experience in Academic Leadership
- Education or experience in report writing
- Prior experience in the development and submission of applications to post-secondary regulatory bodies
- Preferred: Seven-years of experience engaged post-secondary education leadership

- Ability to move about readily and rapidly if necessary around campus classrooms clinical settings etc. to access classrooms desks students office machinery clinics patients etc.
- Constantly communicates using the spoken word with students staff and colleagues
- Visually or otherwise identify observe and assess
- Operate equipment specific to programmatic track personal computer audio-visual equipment clinical equipment etc.
- Travel to off-site meetings conferences or campus visits as needed (up to 45% travel)
