Scheduled Weekly Hours:

Registered Nurse (RN) Outpatient Behavioral Health

Location: La Crosse & Onalaska WI

Schedule:

0.8 FTE (64 hours per two weeks) Adult & Pediatric Mental Health
Hours:8:00 AM 4:30 PM MondayFriday
Weekend Rotation:One weekend approximately every 3 months (short AM shifts)
Holiday Rotation:One holiday approximately every 2 years

What Youll Do

Provide outpatient behavioral health nursing care across adult and pediatric programs.
Manage in-basket tasks phone triage injections and intakes.
Support addiction treatment programs through weekend coverage (suboxone methadone dosing).
Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to ensure quality patient outcomes.

What Were Looking For

Required:
- Minimum Associate degree in Nursing
- Active RN license to practice in Wisconsin
- CPR: Basic Life Support (BLS) for the Healthcare Provider
Preferred:
- Minimum 1 year RN experience
- Experience in behavioral health and/or addictions
- Ability to multi-task and work effectively in a fast-paced environment
- Strong communication and teamworkskills
- Ability to maintain strong boundaries and adapt to evolving department needs
