What the job really is:

Cold calling 1.52 hours every day
Following up until you get a yes or a hard no
Walking into businesses cold and introducing yourself
Meeting with homeowners and businesses in person
Quoting jobs and getting signatures
Turning one-time repairs into long-term accounts

Youll be talking to:

Homeowners
Property managers
Churches
Restaurants
Doctors offices
Apartments
Pretty much anyone who needs help with plumbing A/C heating or water treatment.

You can hear no 1012 times and keep going
You dont need hand-holding or someone to babysit your schedule
Youre comfortable walking into a business with no appointment
