Stillman College invites applications for a full-time nine-month faculty position in Management within the School of Business beginning Fall 2026 (or as negotiated). The College seeks a
collaborative student-focused educator committed to excellence in teaching scholarship and service.
Job Responsibilities
Primary Responsibilities
- Teach undergraduate courses in Management including Principles of Management Organizational Behavior Human Resource Management Strategic Management and related courses
- Advise and mentor business students particularly Management majors
- Participate in curriculum review and development aligned with contemporary industry practices
- Contribute to assessment and accreditation activities consistent with IACBE standards
- Engage in scholarly and professional development to enhance teaching and subject matter expertise
- Participate in School of Business and College-wide committees recruitment initiatives and community engagement
Minimum Qualifications
- Masters degree in Management Business Administration or a closely related field
- Demonstrated professional experience related to management disciplines
- Commitment to high-quality teaching and student success in a diverse academic environment
Preferred Qualifications
- Doctorate in Management Business Administration or closely related field (completed or ABD)
- College-level teaching experience (in person and/or online)
- Evidence of scholarly or applied professional activity
- Familiarity with instructional technology and student-centered learning approaches
