Job Summary

This role is with a well-established product distribution company that sells a wide range of home goods office supplies contractor tools construction materials and light industrial products used across multiple industries. The Sales Representative will handle both inbound and outbound sales build client relationships present product solutions and grow accounts through strategic recommendations.

This is a full-time in-office role MondayThursday (9 AM5:30 PM) with flexibility to work remotely on Fridays from 9 AM1 PM. The position offers a competitive base salary plus performance-based bonuses.


Key Responsibilities:

  • Build relationships with new and existing customers.
  • Present products across home office construction and industrial categories.
  • Prepare quotes follow up on leads and close sales.
  • Maintain a full sales pipeline and meet monthly targets.
  • Coordinate with internal teams to ensure smooth order fulfillment.
  • Identify opportunities for upselling and account expansion.


Qualifications:

  • 2 years of product sales experience required.
  • Excellent communication and customer service skills.
  • Proficiency with CRM systems and Microsoft Office.
  • Motivated organized and results-driven.


Location: Wayne NJ (in-office; Fridays remote 9 AM1 PM)
