What You Will Do

• Oversee Front Office and Housekeeping operations ensuring standards (brand and Atrium!) are followed to a T.
• Lead and support your teamcoaching developing and stepping in when needed to keep service top-notch.
• Keep the hotel spotless and guest-ready by coordinating cleanliness maintenance and timely responses to issues.
• Monitor department budgets control labor and supply costs and support revenue-generating initiatives.
• Create memorable guest experiences with proactive service and genuine connection (youll be the reason they come back!).

What We Are Looking For

• 2 years of hospitality leadership Youve managed people and property and youve got the stories (and spreadsheets) to prove it.
• Housekeeping or front desk experience Understanding both sides of the rooms operation makes you a true hotel ninja.
• Strong people leadership skills Coaching conflict resolution and motivation are all in your toolkit.
• Solid computer skills Microsoft Office Suite team chats and reports wont slow you down.
• Flexible schedule Nights weekends holidayshospitality never sleeps and sometimes neither do we
