About the Role
As Senior DevOps Engineer (known internally as a Platform Product Owner Azure) youll define and deliver Azure cloud capabilities that empower engineering teams and support enterprise transformation. Youll combine strategic ownership with hands-on technical contribution to drive adoption compliance and continuous improvement.
What Youll Do
- Define and own the Azure platform roadmap aligning with enterprise cloud strategy and stakeholder needs.
- Lead backlog management Through Agile ceremonies prioritise delivery to ensure impactful outcomes.
- Engage cross-functionally with developers architects and operations to identify improvements and validate platform features.
- Deliver solutions through Infrastructure-as-Code (IaC) using Terraform and PowerShell.
- Drive platform enablement through innovative IaC solutions to enable self service.
- Ensure compliance and governance through policy-as-code secure-by-default configurations and Azure-native controls.
What Youll Bring
- Deep expertise in Microsoft Azure services architecture and enterprise-scale cloud operations.
- Proven experience with Terraform and PowerShell for infrastructure automation and orchestration.
- Strong understanding of end-to-end cloud orchestration including landing zones RBAC and policy enforcement.
- Ability to translate technical requirements into user stories and drive Agile delivery.
- Experience collaborating across engineering risk and governance teams to deliver secure scalable solutions.
- Passion for innovation continuous improvement and enabling self-service cloud capabilities.
