We are seeking a talented individual to join our Operations team. This role will be based inTianjin.
We will count on you to:
Lead motivate and manage the operations team to achieve performance targets and maintain high standards of productivity and quality.
Provide operation support to business teams in the area of Placement Policy Servicing and Fiduciary (Billing Accrual Reconciliation Collection and etc.).
Perform operation activities according toSOP (Standard Operation Procedure) and ensure SLA (Service Level Agreement) requirements are met.
Operation activities include checking supporting documents entering data in systems generating slips reviewing policy documents filing documents communicating with brokers / insurance companies to collect and clarify information and etc.
Adhere to compliance requirements and other company policies.
Monitor team performance provide coaching feedback and conduct regular performance reviews.
Manage resource allocation including staffing schedules and workload distribution

管理资源分配包括人员排班及工作分配
What you need to have:
Bachelor degree
English level: CET 6 certificate is preferred
Working experience in insurance industry in the area of servicing or operations is highly preferred
Working experience of operation management support - staff training and coaching reporting and data analysis - is preferred
Experienced in team management and staff coaching
Details focused good at data analysis with excel
Good communicator collaborator and problem solver.
Team player independent thinker
Able to work under pressure
