Responsibilities:

Perform comprehensive patient assessments and develop personalized care plans.
Deliver therapeutic interventions to restore function improve mobility and reduce pain.
Document patient progress accurately and in a timely manner.
Collaborate with the interdisciplinary care team to optimize patient outcomes.
Educate patients and families on treatment plans exercises and preventative care.

Requirements:

Active state license as a Physical Therapist.
Prior clinical experience preferred (outpatient or related setting).
Strong communication and patient-care skills.
