Job Summary
Minimum Qualifications
Bachelors degree or four years of relevant administrative experience Three years of program management office experience or supporting those in executive leadership Experience with project management Advanced computer skills and knowledge of multiple programs including Microsoft Office Suite Smartsheet and presentation software (e.g. PowerPoint Publisher Canvas) Data analysis Effective organizational and planning skills Ability to manage multiple projects and priorities
Preferred Qualifications
Experience working with executive administrative staff Experience working in an academic setting Experience working with contracts partnerships and compliance Budget management forecasting and finance We seek creative adaptable staff who enjoy working in a university climate that promotes cultural diversity multicultural understanding and cultural fluency.
