Within this framework we are seeking an Accounting Assistant/Clerk. The role is based on-site at our premises in Paiania and plays a key part in supporting the accounting team by accurately entering and maintaining financial data in SAP while ensuring compliance with internal procedures.
Responsibilities:
- Enter purchase documents and various business expenses into SAP in accordance with internal accounting guidelines
- Manage travel expenses
- Make accounting entries and allocate customs fees and costs per project
- Ensure the accuracy and completeness of financial data entries
- Reconcile supplier open balances and assist in the MyData process
- Communicate with suppliers and internal teams to identify and resolve missing invoices
Requirements- Familiarity with ERP systems preferably SAP
- Accounting background and strong comfort working with figures and data
- Solid knowledge of MS Excel; advanced skills are considered an asset
- High attention to detail and ability to manage large volumes of data accurately
- Reliability and a team-oriented mindset
