Salary range: 15 - 20 p/hr based on previous experience and qualifications.

The Role:

Were on the hunt for a Rugby Coach whos as excited about kids sports as we are. Youll be working closely with our lead Rugby Coach to deliver engaging and enjoyable sessions every Saturday morning at Holland Park. This isnt just any coaching role. Youll be a rugby enthusiast passionate about imparting strategic thinking and tactical skills to young minds.

What Youll Be Doing:

  • You will help with the delivery of our rugby programme introducing kids to the fast-paced world of rugby. Eventually leading your own rugby session as numbers grow!
  • Help cultivate a love for rugby in young athletes.
  • Impart knowledge of rugby tactics and strategies.
  • Working with like-minded professionals
  • 3-6 hours a week depending on availability


What Youll Need:

  • A passion for rugby and experience in the game
  • Previous experience in sports coaching or working with children is advantageous.
  • RFU Level 1 qualification or a relevant alternative is highly advantageous
  • Excellent communication skills
  • Saturday morning availability is essential
