Paragon has partnered with Reef as we currently work on a wide variety of projects including Black Desert Resort in Ivins UT and Marcella near Park City UT. Job Summary:
Our team at Paragon is seeking a reliable and responsible Site Technician to provide on-site monitoring for active construction locations. The primary role is to maintain a visible presence protect property and support overall site safety.
Job Responsibilities:
- Maintain a consistent presence on the construction site
- Ensure that all gates and access points are properly locked and secured throughout the day
- Prevent unauthorized traffic and keep non-essential individuals out of construction areas
- Help prevent vandalism destruction or theft of materials and equipment
- Monitor site conditions and report any concerns immediately
- Remain open and flexible to additional duties that may arise even if not strictly related to monitoring sites
Qualifications:
- Self-motivated and reliable
- Strong observation skills and attention to detail
- Ability to take directions and follow instructions thoroughly
- Capable of making good judgments and decisions in the moment
- Comfortable working independently with minimal supervision
- Must be dependable and trustworthy at all times
Work Schedule
- Saturday and Sunday; 7:00 AM - 7:00 PM
Physical Requirements:
- Ability to stand walk bend and kneel for extended periods
- Ability to work in various weather conditions including heat cold rain and snow
