Job Title: Travel Rehabilitation Physical Therapist
Location: Hyannis MA 02601
Contract Duration: 13 Weeks
Schedule: 40 hrs/week MonFri (7:30 AM4:00 PM 8:00 AM4:30 PM or 8:30 AM5:00 PM)
Travel Pay Range: $57$65/hour

Position Summary

Navitas Healthcare LLC is seeking a skilled and compassionate Travel Rehabilitation Physical Therapist for a 13-week assignment in Hyannis MA. The therapist will provide high-quality rehabilitative care deliver evidence-based therapy treatments and collaborate closely with the interdisciplinary rehab team to support optimal patient outcomes.

Responsibilities

Conduct comprehensive patient evaluations and establish clear treatment goals.
Develop implement and adjust individualized treatment plans.
Perform diagnostic assessments related to muscle nerve and joint function.
Administer therapy treatments and monitor patient progress.
Document patient care treatment responses and communications accurately.
Provide education on therapeutic exercises mobility and home care programs.
Support and mentor PT Assistants Aides and students as needed.
Maintain compliance with safety quality and infection control standards.
Participate in departmental meetings training and continuing education.
Record daily patient activity and associated charges.

Qualifications

Bachelors degree in Physical Therapy
Active Massachusetts PT license
Current BLS certification
Strong interpersonal and communication skills

Preferred Qualifications

Specialist Certification in a clinical practice area
Experience in rehab program planning staff development or clinical guidance
