Job Summary

Temp To Full-Time

Sr. MO will still run a machine but more quality conscious (understand the meaning of quality) and some kind of technical understanding of a machine. They will not fix machines but understand why sensors are in place (its for safety). They are shown how to use the lift for moving a roll of material they understand what the lift if for (Safety reasons). They understand more of the manufacturing process and environment. (When recruiting pay is according to experience $17-$25)
