The Role What Youll Be Doing
As a Commercial Property Solicitor you will:
- Manage your own diverse caseloadof commercial property matters including acquisitions disposals leases landlord and tenant work and development projects
- Provide commercially focused legal adviceto a varied client base from SMEs to larger corporate entities
- Build and maintain strong client relationships ensuring exceptional service delivery and high retention rates
- Mentor and support junior colleagues contributing to their professional development through knowledge sharing and supervision
- Actively participate in business development initiatives growing your professional network and contributing to the firms strategic growth
- Collaborate across departmentsto facilitate cross-referrals and support firm-wide objectives
- Utilise astate-of-the-art case management system designed to enhance efficiency and streamline your workload
About You Essential Requirements
To be successful in this role you will need:
- Qualified Solicitorwith5 years PQEin Commercial Property law
- Proven experiencemanaging your own caseload within a reputable law firm
- Strong technical knowledgeacross commercial property transactions including acquisitions disposals leases and development work
- Excellent client care skillswith the ability to build lasting relationships and deliver commercially sound advice
- Proactive and self-motivated approachwith strong organisational and time management abilities
- Mentoring capabilityto support and develop junior team members
- Business development mindset with enthusiasm for growing your practice and contributing to firm growth
