Role Overview
- Position:Commercial Property Solicitor
- Location: Milton Keynes
- Salary Range: 60000 - 75000

- Work with property investors owner-managed businesses and HNW private clients
Role Specifics
- Manage personal caseload whilst supporting team on larger transactions
- Work collaboratively on complex high-value property matters
- Run own caseload independently with autonomy
- Deliver efficient business-focused service to clients
- Exposure to substantial portfolio of business-owning and HNW private clients
- Support departments growth through excellent client service
Technical Requirements
- Freehold and leasehold acquisitions and disposals
- Landlord and Tenant matters (negotiating new and renewal leases ancillary documentation 1954 Act applications advising on documentation implications)
- Infrastructure agreements
- Property-related construction documentation
- Strong commercial awareness across multiple sectors
- Ability to manage complex transactions from inception to completion
Candidate Profile
- Qualified Solicitor with current practising certificate
- Minimum 5 years PQE in commercial property law
- Proven track record in freehold/leasehold transactions
- Strong Landlord and Tenant experience
- Experience with infrastructure and construction documentation
- Excellent client relationship management skills
