Job Summary
We have an opportunity for an Senior Advanced Electrical Engineerto join us at Honeywell in Brno or Prague whereyoull join our team developing safety critical control units for Electro-Mechanical Flight Control Actuation systems for electric aircrafts. This is a hybrid role 3 days in office 2 from home.
Since the invention of autopilot in 1914 weve been a leader in innovation for the Air Travel industry. Today thousands of Honeywell products are used in aircraft and airports around the world. Everyday 140000 Honeywell air turbine starters bring to life commercial and military aircraft industrial and marine equipment.

- Development cycle of the Electronic Control Units activities
- Support project planning hardware development plans creation of PBA level HW requirements
- Analog/Digital/Power Electronic circuits design for flight critical applications (DAL A) schematics creation PCB layout oversight
- Formal and Informal Verification design studies simulations and testing in the laboratories
- Creation of documentation test procedure & result documents design descriptions etc.
- Bachelors degree in Electronics Engineering with 5+ years of experience as an Electrical Design Engineer / in electronic circuit development (analog/digital/power electronic)
- Experience in technical leadership will be considered an advantage
- English proficiency
- Experience working in Mentor Graphics or similar would be considered an advantage
- Experience with designs in aerospace industry would be considered an advantage
