Key Responsibilities
- Manage front office and administrative operations with professionalism and efficiency.
- Serve as the first point of contact for clients and visitors maintaining a confident and friendly demeanor.
- Ensure compliance with existing policies and procedures while supporting continuous improvement.
- Identify potential areas for operational enhancement present actionable solutions to leadership and execute approved changes.
- Coordinate schedules meetings and communications across departments.
- Maintain accurate records and assist with reporting as needed.
Qualifications
- Experience: 57 years in a full-time administrative or lead reception role.
- Strong organizational and multitasking skills.
- Excellent verbal and written communication abilities.
- Ability to work independently and take initiative.
- Proficiency in office software (Microsoft Office Suite or similar).
- Preferred: Experience in real estate (not mandatory but highly valued).
