Position Summary
The Process Engineer acts as a strategic partner and technical problem-solver bridging business needs with technology solutions. You will lead process evaluations gather requirements and deliver recommendations that improve efficiency automation and scalability. This position is critical in shaping future-state processes for fraud operations and loan services ensuring alignment with organizational goals and emerging technologies.
Responsibilities
- Apply process engineering expertise to design innovative long-term solutions aligned with strategic objectives
- Lead projects focused on core business processes to improve client and employee experience reduce expense and increase revenue
- Partner with stakeholders to evaluate and implement new technologies and processes that deliver consistency and scalability
- Create and maintain documentation for process evaluations and recommendations
- Use tools such as process mapping and mining to assess capability and identify optimization opportunities; communicate findings to stakeholders to develop specifications
- Leverage technical documentation and project artifacts to deliver improved resiliency monitoring and high availability
- Collaborate across Next Gen Enterprise Transformation and cross-functional teams to foster openness and inclusiveness while delivering measurable results
- Stay adaptable as responsibilities may evolve with changing business needs
Education Qualifications
- Bachelors Degree required; Bachelors in Computer Science or Operational Excellence preferred
Experience Qualifications
- 5 years of experience as a Business or Systems Analysts and/or Process Engineer
- Strong presentation facilitation and relationship-building skills across all organizational levels
- Expertise in process simulations SOP development and process engineering tools.
- High-level knowledge of Robotic Process Automation (RPA tools) such as UiPath Blue Prism or Automation Anywhere
- Analytical thinker with a focus on coordinating intake processes gathering business and technical requirements and serving as the primary liaison across teams
- Ability to lead cross-functional meetings manage multiple projects and ensure deadlines are met with minimal oversight
Preferred Skills
- Experience in process mining design and data analysis preferred
- Experience with working in Information Technology
- Experience with data integration and data schemas
- Familiarity with business process roadmaps and automation strategies
- Agile or Lean Six Sigma methodologies
COMPENSATION AND BENEFITS
This position is eligible to earn a base salary in the range of $61000.00 - $94000.00 annually. Placement within the pay range may differ based upon various factors including but not limited to skills experience and geographic location. Compensation for this role also includes eligibility for incentive compensation subject to individual and company performance.
