Support manufacturing coordinator or area engineer to meet defined production and quality standards.
Follow up and prioritize along with the manufacturing coordinator or area engineermaterial or orders which require special attention such as pilot runs reworks and customer special requirements.
Support the manufacturing coordinator or area engineer to track preventive maintenance orders to the equipment and machines and track down time caused by corrective maintenance on his area.
Help the manufacturing coordinator or area engineer by adhering to manufacturing and quality procedures to prevent any deviations to mfg. Operations materials equipment specifications customer orders without the right documentation such ADRs or ECOs.
Tracks flexibility plan of his área by training certifying and/or recertifying personnel in his area with special emphasis in quality and safety.
Applies the CIP philosophy by leading or participating in CIP teams to find the root cause of problems in his area and implements action to improve the process and the quality of the products.
Promotes teamwork in his áreas and other related áreas
Proposes and participates in workload balancing tasks covers positions due to absenteeism in his areas to maintain the right flow of the material or assemblies and meet customer requirements
Collaborates with the programs in which the Company requires his willingness to work overtime or in extraordinary schedules to meet companys needs.
Actively participates in actions that help to maintain the Quality System such as: CIP teams adherence to PMAPS or other Quality System documentation and participation in CARs response.
Requirement:
Education: High School or Technical Degree Minimum.
Knowledge (Desirable):
Drawing Interpretation.
English: Intermediate
