Provide internal customer service and effective solutions related to human resources processes to support the achievement of organizational objectives. Ensure that the payroll process is accurate compliant with the Federal Labor Law (LFT) and internal regulations guaranteeing the correct payment of all employee benefits.

Responsibilities:

Reviewed plant personnel pre-payrolls and managed incident reporting.
Coordinated shift changes with supervisors and ensured accurate data entry in Tress.
Supported employee inquiries regarding payments absences overtime and benefits.
Processed hires terminations and salary changes in Workday and Tress systems.
Generated and uploaded employee movement files (.txt) to IDSE ensuring IMSS compliance.
Managed weekly payroll-related requests (incidents benefits deductions loans INFONAVIT/FONACOT).
Prepared reports for Finance EHR Headcount absenteeism and cafeteria vendor payments.
Handled meal vouchers recognition forms badges and documentation for INFONAVIT procedures.
Oversaw waste classification chemical safety and medical leave tracking.

Minimum Qualifications:

Bachelors degree in industrial relations Business Administration or a related field (Human Resources or similar).
Knowledge of payroll LFT SUA IDSE TRESS System.
2-3 Years of experience in similar positions.
Proficient in Excel and database management.
Skilled in data uploads and employee movement tracking.
Experience in purchase order generation.
Strong background in pre-payroll review reporting and database administration.
Knowledgeable in payroll calculations and compliance with the Federal Labor Law (LFT).
Understanding of IMSS regulations to prevent penalties and ensure compliance.
Upper-intermediate English level required.
