Ready to make a Tech impact Pernod Ricard is looking for a Senior Oracle Database Administrator to design operate and continuously improve a robust secure and high-performing Oracle database environment supporting our global applications and infrastructure.

Your key missions:
You will:
Install configure patch and upgrade Oracle databases (from 11g to 19c) managing schema changes storage optimization and RMAN/Data Guard for backup and recovery.
Monitor and enhance performance using tools like Oracle Enterprise Manager AWR ASH and Tanium integrations to ensure high availability redundancy and disaster recovery (RAC RMAN Data Guard).
Enforce database hardening encryption access control policies and ensure compliance with audit and vulnerability standards (e.g. CIS Tenable).
Automate routine workflows (backup refresh monitoring) and contribute to the creation of global standards SOPs and technical documentation.
Collaborate with system cloud application and data teams (internal and external) to optimize database infrastructure support development teams and participate in global technical improvement initiatives.

You have deep expertise in Oracle database administration including RAC ASM RMAN Data Guard and Oracle Enterprise Manager.
You are proficient with scripting and automation (Ansible Terraform Shell/Python) and comfortable operating in both on-prem and Azure/VMware environments.
You understand Linux administration (RHEL/OL preferred) and have experience with monitoring tools like Prometheus SolarWinds or Tanium.
You bring a proactive and analytical mindset with strong problem-solving skills.
You communicate clearly with both technical and non-technical stakeholders and are comfortable working in a global agile product-based organization.
Experience with Snowflake Databricks or other modern data platforms is a plus.
